“It was a no-brainer to go with Dan and Michael”
 

We contacted M and D Building & Interiors (after a friend of ours recommended them) for an extension to our kitchen and major modifications to break through to the dining room. Dan and Michael came round to size up the job and provide a detailed quote, including their own costs and other trades (electrical, plumbing etc) promptly. M&D's quote compared favourably with others and as we already loved what they had done at our friend's place, it was a no-brainer to go with Dan and Michael!

We found Dan and Michael very easy to get on with - always courteous, polite and respectful, they cleaned up at the end of each day and always minimised disruption which we appreciated because we have young-ish children.

We got to know Dan and Michael well and it is a testament to their professionalism and friendliness, that instead of dreading them each day, we actually looked forward to them. As time passed it was brilliant to see the progress being made on our dream kitchen-diner. Dan & Michael carefully project managed our kitchen-diner renovation, ensuring smooth and timely completion of the other trades tasks too, (shout-outs to Damian for the plumbing, Adam for the electrical work, Ryan for the decorating, Stuart for the kitchen fitting, Callum for the doors and windows, and Dean for the roof - plus all their colleagues), ensuring that all parts of the renovation were completed efficiently and with minimum disruption.

Dan and Michael's work ethic was amazing - in fact, our neighbour (a retired architect) was very impressed with their workmanship and their attitude, and was keen to tell us so. 

We are completely delighted with the final outcome - our new kitchen/diner is a pleasure to spend time in! We are amazed by how much it has changed, we went from a cramped and out-dated kitchen to a spacious, modern living space which we love to show off. Certainly we have hosted several gatherings since :)
